Barbara Urzędowicz

śpiewaczka, pedagog,
absolwentka Akademii Muzycznej w Łodzi w klasie śpiewu prof. Haliny Romanowskiej.
W latach 1985-2022 nauczycielka śpiewu w Zespole Szkół Muzycznych im. St. Moniuszki w Łodzi.
Jako nauczyciel dyplomowany przez 11 lat pełniła funkcję kierownika wydziału wokalnego w tej szkole. Wielu jej uczniów zostało potem studentami na wydziałach wokalnych w Akademiach Muzycznych w kraju i za granicą, zdobywając nagrody i wyróżnienia na konkursach regionalnych i ogólnopolskich.
Pani Basia jest wyjątkowym pedagogiem, pełnym cierpliwości i sympatii wobec dzieci. Ma bardzo dobry kontakt z uczniami, potrafi w niezwykle przystępny sposób przekazywać im wiedzę, dzięki czemu nauka pod jej okiem przynosi szybkie efekty, a uczniowie są zaangażowani i wzorowo opanowują nowe umiejętności.

Experience

As a certified teacher, she served as head of the vocal department at the school for 11 years. Many of her students later became students in vocal departments at music academies at home and abroad, winning prizes and awards at regional and national competitions.

She has received many awards at competitions for her outstanding preparation of students, including twelve School Principal’s Awards, an Individual First Degree Award from the Director of the Center for Artistic Education, a Diploma from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage for “Full of dedication to teaching work,” a “Gold Medal of the President of the Republic of Poland for Long Service,” a badge of honor from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage “Meritorious for Polish Culture” and a “Medal of the Commission of National Education.”

Ms. Basia is an exceptional educator, full of patience and sympathy towards children. She has a very good contact with students, is able to convey knowledge to them in an extremely accessible way, so that learning under her guidance brings quick results, and students are engaged and exemplarily master new skills.
